I had so much fun spinning this yarn. Yellow wool carded with lime green angelina, orange and magenta slubby coils, snippets of Abuko yarn from Curious Creek, fuzzy chenille chicks, pink rick rack, easter grass and glass beads threaded on yellow viscose thread.
What a funny yarn!! My younger daughter loves these chickens, every spring she uses big parts of her pocket money to buy chicken. Then she plays with them during the year, they do slowely disappear, and next spring when the Eastern decoration things comes to the shops, she buys new. Your yarn reminded me of her chicken habit!
I am new to spinning and this is the most inspiring handspun I have ever seen. I will spread your site address around to the spinners I know, FOR SURE!
Thank you,
Caroline
